Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days from the purchase date.
Digital product access
Because Commercial Valuations is a digital software product, refunds may be declined where the licence has been delivered, activated or substantially used, except where required by applicable law.
How to request a refund
Contact ACC Trust at office@acctrust.ro with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. Bank or card processing times may vary.
Taxes and invoices
Taxes, invoices and payment processing are handled by Paddle as merchant of record where applicable.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection law.
